Sakura ExpressJamaica · Private walkthrough

Prepared for the Sakura Express Jamaica team · Private

Jamaica already knows Sakura. Now the internet can find it.

This working site was built from your real menu — 40 items in 7 categories — with 13 of your stores already on the map, on your own domain: sakuraexpressja.com. Everything here works: pick a store, build a box, check out.

Try the storefront

Your web presence today

  • No website at all — customers search and find nothing official
  • The menu lives in photos reposted on Instagram and TikTok
  • Each store is its own phone number, with no central place to find them
  • Google, Waze and TripAdvisor listings are unclaimed or inconsistent
  • Every price change means redesigning a menu graphic for every store
  • No gift cards, no online ordering, no reviews engine

This site, live now

  • One brand home on sakuraexpressja.com — every store, every phone number, one place
  • The full menu with photos, combos explained, and live prices
  • A store picker for all 13 locations — and a link per store (e.g. ?loc=maypen) for flyers and WhatsApp
  • Change a price once and every store updates — or one store only
  • Gift cards — sold online, redeemable at any store on the island
  • Order-ahead pickup flow, ready for live payments at onboarding

One menu, 13 stores — try it yourself

  1. Open your private Menu Manager/admin with the six-digit owner PIN supplied by Vendah.
  2. Change a price on the Base menu — watch it update for every store at once. One edit instead of 13 menu graphics.
  3. Then open a location tab — say May Pen — and change the same item. Now only May Pen differs. Out of shrimp in Port Maria? Hide it there; everywhere else keeps selling.

This is the multi-location engine: one catalog, per-store exceptions. It is exactly the thing a chain your size can't get from menu graphics and reposts.

New revenue, day one: gift cards

  1. Nobody in your lane offers this. An island-wide Sakura gift card — bought in Kingston, redeemed in MoBay — is something no single-store competitor can match.
  2. Try ours: issue a sample gift card, get a branded digital card, then use the code at checkout — it works end to end, at any store.
  3. Why it's money: cash in hand today for food served later, new guests walking in holding a gift, and diaspora family abroad buying lunch for people at home.

Program terms (denominations, expiry policy, accounting treatment) are set with you at onboarding — done properly, with the books in mind.

The monthly service package

  • Website, hosting and updates on your own domain — sakuraexpressja.com
  • Every location listed, linked and kept current as you grow
  • Self-serve price changes anytime + same-day done-for-you menu edits
  • Google Business Profile claim and tune-up for every store
  • Review growth: after-pickup invitations, concerns routed to you first
  • QR cards for counters and to-go boxes, linking each store to its menu
  • A plain-English monthly report: visits, top sellers, review momentum
  • Next up: online payments, delivery zones, and in-store menu screens

Popular add-ons

  • Gift-card program — online sales, island-wide redemption, printed counter cards
  • Logo & brand refresh — a sharpened Sakura mark and a kit for boxes, bags and socials
  • Professional photo shoot — your actual food, shot to sell
